Joy~Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila is allowed to accept guests for Leisure or Business.

In accordance with the latest IATF Alert Level 1 guidelines, please be advised of the following protocols:

1. Wearing of face mask is required especially in the public areas of the hotel.
2. We welcome guests of all ages.
3. Guests 18 years old and above must be fully vaccinated and must present a vaccination card/certificate upon check-in. Unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated guests are required to present a negative RTPCR or Covid-19 antigen result upon check-in.

• Antigen: same-day result
• RT-PCR: result must be within 48 hours

4. The Aura Fitness Center will operate at full capacity. Physical distancing will be strictly observed and advance slot reservation is required (1-hour per time slot).

• Indoor Pool: Maximum of 20 persons at a time
• Gym: Maximum of 15 persons at a time

5. Our food and beverage outlets such as The Nostalgia Lounge & Bar and the The Roof will operate at full capacity with strict observance of physical distancing.

Rest assured that strict measures adhering to ACCOR’s ALL SAFE guidelines and government requirements are in place. The safety and wellbeing of our guests is a top priority for Accor and because new changes are ongoing and unforeseeable due to COVID-19, we have implemented new cancellation/modification policies to provide our guests with increased flexibility.
