Joy~Nostalg Hotel and Suites Manila, as an accredited Multiple-Use Hotel(since November 2021) is allowed to accept guests for Leisure, Business, or Quarantine bookings.
In compliance with the government guidelines, we will only accept fully vaccinated guests for leisure or corporate bookings. A vaccination card and valid ID must be presented upon check-in. (The administered last dose of Covid-19 vaccine must be at least 14 days prior to check-in date)
For quarantine bookings, the room category is limited to Studio and One-Bedroom Executive only and must avail of our Sojourn/Quarantine Package. For more information on minimum stay requirements and country specifications, you may visit https://immigration.gov.ph/#advisory
Due to the rapid increase of Covid-19 cases over the past two weeks, the management has decided to exert extra precautions for the safety of all our guests and associates. Going beyond the minimum health and safety standards set by the government, below are the additional protocols to avert the spread of the virus.
A negative Covid-19 Antigen/RT-PCR result upon must be presented upon check-in. For your guidance, you may present either of the following Covid-19 results:
Antigen Test: Same-day negative result upon check-in date
RT-PCR Test: A negative result within 24 hours prior to check-in date
The Aura Club Fitness Center (Gym and Indoor Pool) will be temporarily closed until further notice.
A scheduled housekeeping service will be provided twice a week. During cleaning time, we highly encourage to maintain physical distance among our guests and housekeeping associates.
Dine-in service will remain temporarily closed. Room service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will accept orders until 8:30 p.m.
